Francesca works at the intersection of architecture and real estate development. After completing her Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute, she has worked at several architecture firms in New York, namely Fernando Romero Enterprise, H-Architecture, and Urban Office Architecture. Throughout her tenure, she has actively participated in diverse stages of design, with a primary focus on Design Development and Construction Documents. Notably, she has been involved in the successful execution of a wide range of projects encompassing residential complexes, hotels, cultural institutions, and transportation infrastructure, both in terms of ongoing endeavors and competitive ventures. She later went on to pursue the Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design and Master of Science in Real Estate Development at Columbia University, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire life cycle of a project and to explore the practical aspects of bringing architectural visions to life. Her formation endowed her with a profound comprehension of all facets of development (project financing, investment strategies, construction management, legal procedures) and the necessary skills to oversee projects from inception to completion, to contribute to the built environment in a more comprehensive and impactful manner. Having a solid background in architecture, Francesca has immersed herself in the world of development, forming a perspective that seamlessly blends creativity and practicality, and carrying her profound appreciation for the value of good design into the realm of development.
